My sessions are all different. I let Universe guide. They send things to me in different ways — messages, visions, Angels, Fae, sometimes healing. I ask Universe for guidance: what is the highest and best good for the person on this day. And go with the flow.

Energy sessions are by appointment.
What to expect
We start with a short conversation about what brought you in — no need to explain too much. From there, Lisa tunes into the energy present and shares what she notices, gently and clearly. You’re welcome to ask questions, take notes, or simply listen. Nothing is forced, and you stay in the driver’s seat the whole time.
Training & approach
Lisa’s approach is intuitive, consent-first, and grounded: she won’t diagnose, predict misfortune, or promise outcomes. She holds what comes through with care, and always leaves you with something practical to carry forward.

Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. Sessions and oracle card readings are offered in person or remotely by video or phone — the connection works the same either way.
How should I prepare for a session?
Come as you are. Arrive a few minutes early with an open mind and any questions — there is nothing you need to do beforehand.
