Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your start time at no charge. Within 48 hours, a fee of up to 50% of the booked service may apply, and no-shows may be charged in full.

Color and dimensional services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to your final total and are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Energy sessions follow the same 48-hour window.

All scheduling and payment, including deposits, are handled securely through Square.
